Professionally engineered fibre laser for growing workshops
The Vector FL90 is DXF's mid-range compact fibre laser cutter — designed, assembled and supported in the UK for growing workshops that need more cutting capacity without moving to a full industrial machine.
Built around a 1300 × 900 mm cutting table and powered by a UK-designed V-CUT control system, the FL90 delivers consistent, repeatable cuts across mild steel, stainless, aluminium and more. It's the natural step up from the FL60 — offering a significantly larger bed in the same enclosed, compact format, making it one of the most practical mid-range fibre laser cutters available in the UK.
Every FL90 ships with V-CAM — a professionally developed European CAM system powered by Libellula — along with UK installation and a 24-month parts and labour warranty as standard.
1300 x 900 mm
LARGER CUTTING TABLE
A precision fixed-bed cutting area engineered for mid-format sheet work — significantly more capacity than the FL60, without stepping up to a full industrial footprint.
24 Months Warranty
UK ASSEMBLED & WARRANTED
Every Vector FL90 is assembled in the UK and backed by a 24-month parts and labour warranty, with lifetime after-sales support from DXF's own engineering team and access to our portal.

FL90 CAPABILITIES
BUILT DIFFERENT.
FROM THE GROUND UP.
Every component in the FL90 is specified by DXF's engineering team — from the HIWIN guide rails to the RayTools autofocus cutting head. Here's what that means in practice.
Autofocus Cutting Heads
Capacitance height sensing automatically adjusts focus for every material change — no manual intervention, no lost time between jobs. Switch from 1mm mild steel to 4mm stainless without touching a setting.
Standard on all FL90 configurations
V-CUT Control System
Designed and manufactured in the UK by DXF, V-CUT gives operators a modern touchscreen interface with consistent behaviour across the full Vector range. No third-party black box — full control, full support.
UK-designed & supported
V-CAM Software Included
Powered by Libellula — a professionally developed European CAM platform — V-CAM handles DXF file import, nesting and cut programming. From file to first cut in seconds, not minutes.
European-developed CAM platform
Fully Enclosed Safety System
Class 1 laser-safe enclosure with CE-rated safety viewing glass as standard. Operators can monitor the cut in real time safely, compliant, clean and workshop-ready from day one.
CLASS 1 CERTIFIED ENCLOSURE
Flexible Power Configurations
Available in 1.5 kW or 2 kW single-phase (240 V) or 3 kW three-phase, with Raycus fibre laser sources throughout. Choose the configuration that matches your material thickness, production volume and site supply.
1.5 kW / 2 kW / 3 kW options
S&A Dual-Circuit Chiller
The CWFL-series chiller independently cools both the laser power source and the cutting optics. Thermal stability means consistent beam quality across extended production runs — critical for repeatable cut edges.
S&A CWFL series, power-dependent model
Industrial Fume Extraction
High-performance extraction removes metal particulates and cutting fumes at source, with flexible indoor and outdoor installation options. Keeps the workspace clean, safe and compliant.
Essential for fibre laser cutting
Precision Drive System
HIWIN guide rails, XRBT ball screws and a dual-Y-axis servo drive system deliver sub-millimetre positioning accuracy — the mechanical foundation that makes the FL90 perform consistently, job after job
